FTP
We have developed the FTP area to allow clients to receive and post project correspondence, artwork and information within their dedicated client area.
In order to create an account and access your information, please contact 032 as an existing client to receive a user name and password.
Setup Instructions
PC Client
- Click on this link and to download free ftp client software and save to your desktop.
- Then extract the folder called ftpwanderer2 to your desktop. Get Winzip if needed.
- When extracted click the ftp wanderer2 folder and then the ftpwanderer icon.The ftp software will open ready for you to add your username and password.
- Ring 032 Design Ltd. on 01858 545147 and ask for Jo Brooks to obtain your ftp log in details.
- If you have your own ftp client software (cuteftp, ace ftp etc), then simply ring 032 Design Ltd. and ask for ftp server address and password.
- If you have a firewall then make sure that it is set to allow ftp traffic.
Uploading Artwork
Once you have entered the details into your ftp client software and connected, simply locate the file to transfer on your computer using windows explorer and drag over to the ftp client area.
Mac Client
- Click on this link to download Fetch 4.03 for Macintosh and save to your desktop.
- The above download is a stuffit file you will need Stuffit Expander to extract the file.
- Unstuff or extract the files to your desktop.
- When the ftp client installer has downloaded fully, double click the installer icon and follow the installation procedure.
- Once installation has been completed, ring 032 Design Ltd. on 01858 545147 and ask for Jo Brooks to obtain your ftp log in details.
- If you have your own ftp client software (cute.. ace ftp etc), then simply ring 032 Design Ltd. for ftp server address and password.
- If you have a firewall then make sure that it is set to allow ftp traffic.
Uploading Artwork
Click the Put File... button. You will be asked to pick a file and prompted to name the uploaded file. Hold down the Option key while clicking the Put File... button, or choose Put Folders and Files… from the Remote menu to select multiple files.
